Death Penalty

Death penalty is best way to deter people from committing murder. There are many reasons which support death penalty to be a good way to stop them from committing murder. When the governments execute the death penalty people will be frightened then they will not commit murder. For example, if someone knows he will be killed if he kills another one, he really will not do the crime. In addition, victims' families get justice when the government executes the murderer. Death penalty also helps victims' families emotionally. Death penalty really is a good way and I support countries that execute it.

I had visited CNN website. I found a story in it. The story is about a woman her name is Lisa Marie Nowak. She is an astronaut. She is married with three children. She is in a relationship with astronaut Bill Oefelein. Also another woman her name Colleen Shipman is in a relationship with Oefelein. For that, Nowak tried kidnapping Shipman but the police arrested her. Now Nowak is accused of attempting to kidnap.

Nowak is crazy woman. She has a family. She should care about her family. In addition she has great job. I don't know why she did this stupid crime. How she loves him if he loves another woman. I really surprised about her crime. Now she is in the jail and her children need her. Who will care about them?

I have been reading Snow Falling on Cedars for three weeks. This novel is very interesting. It is really mysterious crime. I like the characters in it, especially Nel Gudmundsson. He is a lawyer. He is an old man. He is smart. I really like this person.

Snow Falling on Cedars is a novel. It was written by David Guterson. The events happened after the Second World War. The novel is about a Japanese American his name Kabuo Miymoto charged with murder of a guy named Carl Heine. After that, Kabuo is on trial and he tries to distance him from it.

I am so sad for what happened. I hoped the police didn't kill the guy.
They should shoot him in his leg or his hand or anywhere to avoid killing
him. They really made a mistake. Now the guy was killed and every thing
is done for the police, but isn't for his family.

The website shows a story about a man was killed by Carbondale police
officer. The man is Lawrence Wirth. He is 22. Wirth was stabbing a guy
when the police ordered him to drop the knife, but he did not. Then the
police shot him.Wirth was transported to Memorial Hospital of Carbondale
but he dead there. Also the stabbing victim was transported to Carbondale
Hospital and treated there.
